d-NAT (Design Network for Art, Architecture and Technology) is the Research / Educational entity of AmorphouStudio.

d-NAT is a network of curious minds exploring new territories of design and spatial experience, made possible with digital design and fabrication technologies. Working on the intersection of Design, Nature and Technology, d-NAT acts as a connecting hub for creatives who share one goal: to imagine a possible future.

d-NAT work and research investigate the symbiotic relationship between nature and technology to bridge the gap between aesthetics and performance. We are inspired by the complex self-organizing patterns exhibited in ecological, biological, and material systems. We examine these systems as information processes that provide the basis to develop possible design strategies. Blending the frontiers of art, design, and technology, we aspire to redefine the conventional notion of design and space of the twenty-first century. Our work spans multiple domains, from art, fashion, furniture and product design, and architecture.
